The Trailivo for Teams flagship

Walk the coast.
Then sail it home.

Two or three days on the Lycian Way — pine forest, ruins, turquoise coves. Then your team steps off the trail and onto a traditional gulet, and sails back along the very coastline they just earned on foot.

Why this works on a team

Every offsite promises "bonding". This one changes the medium twice. On the trail, conversation flows the way it only does side-by-side — no agenda, no seating plan, just kilometres. On the boat, the same group that climbed together now swims, eats and debriefs together, watching the headlands they crossed slide past from sea level. The shared story writes itself, and it has two chapters.

One coastline, two perspectivesThe gulet route traces the walking route. Your team literally points at the ridge they stood on the day before.
Built-in recoveryThe sailing days are the rest days — legs recover, conversations deepen, and nobody has to earn the swim stops.
Workshop-readyA gulet deck at anchor is the best meeting room your company has ever booked. Evenings on the trail days work too.
Every fitness level finishesTrail days carry honest grades and shorter options; anyone can sit out a stage and meet the group at the harbour.

A sample five-day shape

Every program is designed around your dates and your group — this is the skeleton we usually start from:

Day 1 · Arrive Fethiye

Transfers in, a welcome dinner, boots checked, the plan on the table.

Day 2 · Lycian Way, stage one

The classic opening: pine forest above the coast, a village lunch, a cove swim before the pension.

Day 3 · Lycian Way, stage two

Ruins with nobody else at them, the day's honest climb, dinner with the whole coastline below.

Day 4 · Board the gulet

The trail hands over to the sea. Swim stops in the coves you saw from above; the workshop, if you want one, happens on deck at anchor.

Day 5 · Sail home

The slow return along the walked coastline — the debrief that doesn't feel like one — then transfers out.

How it's arranged

Trailivo designs the itinerary and runs the duty-of-care layer — GPS tracking and offline maps on every phone, optional daily check-ins, one point of contact throughout. The walking days are led by licensed local guides; the gulet is arranged through our sister sailing network's vetted, licensed charter operators. Each operator contracts with you directly and quotes itemized — you always know who is delivering what.

Dates fill by season, not by month

September–October and April–May are the windows where the sea and the trail are both at their best. Tell us your quarter and team size — you'll get an honest read on what's possible within one working day.
