The best way to see a country is at five kilometres an hour.
Trailivo is a small family of walking platforms built around one conviction: a great trail deserves better than a chapter in a general guidebook and a scatter of forum threads. It deserves its own place — stage-by-stage guides written with real knowledge, honest practical detail, maps that work offline, accommodation you can actually book, and tools that help you plan the trip you'll actually take.
So that's what we build. One dedicated platform per trail, each with a website, a mobile app, a free trip planner, and a concierge that answers the questions guidebooks dodge. Six trails and destinations so far, across England, Italy and Türkiye — plus the experiences of the Lycian coast.
How the network works
Each trail keeps its own identity — the Coast to Coast site feels like the Coast to Coast, not like a template. What they share is underneath: one platform, one standard of care, and one team keeping everything current. When you're done with one trail, the network's job is to hand you the next one: the chooser, the free guide and the newsletter all exist for exactly that moment.
Our standards
- Honesty over marketing. Every trail profile says who it's not for. Distances come from official route data, not guidebook folklore.
- Safety built in. Our apps carry GPS tracking, offline maps and optional daily check-ins — quiet features you'll hopefully never need, designed in from the start.
- Respect for your inbox. One newsletter, sent occasionally, with a one-click unsubscribe in every email that removes you from all our lists at once.
Who's behind it
Trailivo is operated by Pixelo Mobile Ltd, a UK company that builds and runs travel platforms. The same team also runs a separate network of Mediterranean sailing sites — different holidays, same care. The two never share your data or your inbox.
Trail organizations: the platform behind this network is available for your trail — see Trailivo for trail organizations.
