Trailivo for Teams

The offsite your people will
still talk about next year.

Screens down, boots on. We plan walking offsites on some of the world's great trails — delivered with vetted, licensed local operators, and backed by a duty-of-care technology layer no generic retreat company can offer.

Duty of care, designed in — not bolted on.

The question every HR team asks first is the one we built our platforms around. This is what your risk assessment gets to say:

GPS tracking on every phoneOur trail apps track each participant's position — with offline maps that work far beyond signal.
Daily check-insOptional automated check-ins flag a missed confirmation to the organizer — quietly, without fuss.
Organizer visibilityOne person on your side sees the group's progress and has one point of contact on ours.
Licensed local operatorsGuided programs are led by licensed local guides who know every step — and every shortcut off the hill.
Routes graded honestlyEvery day comes with an honest effort grade and a shorter option, so mixed-fitness groups stay one group.
Weather-aware plansItineraries carry built-in alternatives — a valley day, a boat day, a museum day — decided the evening before, not mid-crisis.

Three ways to take the team outside

Priced per group — your quote comes from the local operator, itemized and direct. No invented package fees.

Team walking days

England · 1 day · 5–50 people

A guided day on the Coast to Coast or the South West Coast Path — a real stretch of a real trail, not a car-park loop. The lowest-commitment way to find out what walking does to a team's conversation.

  • Guided walk matched to your group's range
  • Pub lunch or picnic logistics handled
  • Transfers from a meeting point

Walking offsites

England · Türkiye · 2–5 days · 6–30 people

A proper journey: sections of the Coast to Coast or SWCP with luggage transfer and village inns — or Cappadocia's valleys and the Lycian coast with licensed guides, one comfortable base, and food worth the flight.

  • Itinerary designed around your dates and range
  • Evening space for the work part of the offsite
  • Türkiye programs: boat days, cultural tours & transfers via our Explore Lycia network

Walk + Sail

Lycian coast · 4–6 days · 8–20 people

Walk the Lycian Way for two or three days — then board a traditional gulet and sail back along the very coastline you just walked. No other offsite ends like this one.

  • Trail days with licensed guides, swim stops included
  • Gulet finale arranged through our sister sailing network
  • One coastline, met two ways

When to go: England shines May–September (book spring slots early). Türkiye is the mirror image — April–May and September–November are glorious, and autumn sea temperatures make Walk + Sail best in September and October. Tell us your quarter and we'll tell you honestly what fits.

Tell us about your team

Two minutes now, a real reply from a human within one working day — with honest options, not a brochure blast.

Trailivo (Pixelo Mobile Ltd, company no. 10585806) plans your itinerary, matches you with vetted licensed local operators, and provides the safety technology layer. Travel services are arranged and contracted directly with the local operator — they are the contracting party and quote you directly. Trailivo is not the contracting party for any travel service and does not hold client funds for trips.

Questions HR actually asks

Who is the contracting party?

The local licensed operator — they arrange and contract the travel services and quote you directly, itemized. Trailivo plans the itinerary, matches you with the operator, and runs the safety technology layer. This structure is deliberate: you get local expertise and accountability, with one planning brain across the whole network.

Our team's fitness ranges from marathoners to desk-loyalists. Does this work?

That's most teams, and it's a design input, not a problem. Every day has an honest effort grade and a shorter option; bases and transfers mean someone can skip a stage and rejoin at lunch without drama. The goal is one shared story, not a race.

What does it cost?

It depends on group size, country, season and comfort level, so we don't publish made-up "from" prices. Tell us your parameters and you'll get an itemized quote from the operator — typically within a few working days.

What about insurance?

Your company's travel insurance covers participants as on any business trip; the local operator carries the liability insurance for the activities they deliver. We'll flag anything your policy should specifically mention (like boat days) during planning.

Can we combine work sessions with the walking?

Yes — most offsites do. Evenings and rest-day mornings are natural workshop slots, and we plan venues (a pension terrace, a gulet deck, a village inn's back room) into the itinerary from the start.
